The Recruiting Director is responsible for mentoring and training all new and existing Resource Development Managers. Modis relies on the Recruiting Director to work directly with the Managing Director to establish and implement recruiting strategies; to coordinate regular one-on-one meetings for each Resource Development Manager to review performance and establish future expectations. In addition, the Recruiting Director is responsible for:

Working with Resource Development Managers on a regular basis to review key metric activities against stated goals.
On the floor leader to help with daily issue resolutions and Job Order qualification, prioritization and assignment of recruiting support;
Leading daily job order meetings in the absence of the managing director
Maintaining and growing personal book of business
