In addition to the responsibilities of a Resource Development Manager, the Senior Resource Development Manager will assist a Managing Director in the development of new Resource Development Managers. They will do this by allowing new Resource Development Managers to observe their methodology for finding and securing viable candidates such as search techniques, phone interview techniques, in person interviews with candidates, pay rate negotiations, interaction with Business Development Managers and clients, etc., and; by providing guidance and feedback. Modis relies on the Resource Development Managers to assist new Resource Development Managers with daily issue resolution should management not be available; to participate in Company panels or committees as requested and; to help set an example for all employees.
