This Northern education system is committed to the educational, social and economic development of the Commonwealth they serve. The majority of the system’s students and alumni come from New England and remain there following graduation. Together, the system’s five campuses serve more than 60,000 students, annually.
The Modis Solution: Develop, implement train-the-trainer program for multiple campuses
The client relies on multiple PeopleSoft modules for managing functions across their five campuses and decided to implement the latest Human Resources and Financials software available. The system also required assistance training their personnel to be able to operate and maintain the new modules. When the company that provided the implementation team could not deliver the training as promised, the client looked for other options.
Modis provided qualified instructors for the projects. Using the documentation supplied by the PeopleSoft module implementation team, our consultants developed a train-the-trainer course. We also provided consultants to deliver training at each campus. As the project moved forward, we also supplied a Computer-based Training developer.
Ultimately, the client’s personnel received the training on time, and on budget, despite the original delays.
