Managing Director

The Managing Director is responsible for growing the IT staffing business within his or her region. Modis relies on the Managing Director to hire, coach, and manage Business Development Managers, Resource Development Managers, and Administrative Staff members. Modis relies on the Managing Director to be accountable for all profits and losses associated with the branch office and to foster a positive team atmosphere.
