Sales Director

The Sales Director is responsible for mentoring and training all new and existing Business Development Managers. Modis relies on the Sales Director to work directly with the Managing Director in establishing a target account list and taking the lead in opening new accounts; to help establish and implement sales and recruiting strategies for the branch and; to coordinate regular one-on-one meetings for each Business Development Manager to review performance and establish future expectations. In addition, the Sales Director is responsible for:

  • Working with Business Development Managers on a regular basis to review key metric activities against stated goals.
  • On the floor leadership to help with daily issue resolutions and Job Order qualification, prioritization and assignment of recruiting support;
  • Leading daily job order meetings in the absence of the Managing Director
  • Maintaining and growing a personal book of business
