In addition to the responsibilities of a Business Development Manager (BDM), the Senior Business Development Manager will assist the Managing Director in the development of new BDM’s. They will do this by allowing new BDM’s to observe their techniques for key metric activities such as cold calls, client calls, discussions with Resource Development Managers with respect to job orders, candidate interviews, etc., and by providing guidance and feedback. Modis relies on the Sr. Business Development Manager to assist new BDM’s with daily issue resolution should management not be available; to participate in Company panels or committees as requested and; to help set an example for all employees.
