In addition to the responsibilities of a Resource Development Manager (RDM), the Senior Resource Development Manager will assist the Managing Director in the development of new RDM’s. They will do this by allowing new RDM’s to observe their methodology for finding and securing viable candidates such as search techniques, phone interview techniques, in person interviews with candidates, pay rate negotiations, interaction with Business Development Managers and clients, etc., and; by providing guidance and feedback. Modis relies on the Sr. Resource Development Managers to assist new RDM’s with daily issue resolution should management not be available; to participate in Company panels or committees as requested and; to help set an example for all employees.
