With millions of clients throughout the state, this client requires an efficient computer integrated telephony system to accommodate customer calls. Modis delivered project managers and testers as part of an Integration Testing project team.
Duties included:
- Developing test conditions
- Testing scenarios and test cases based on functional design deliverables
- Reviewing test coverage matrix with Condition Coordinator
- Grouping test conditions into test scenarios
- Grouping test scenarios into test cases
- Developing test data requirements
- Developing test scripts and executing the scripts
- Reviewing test scripts with Case Coordinator and documenting actual results and maintaining test plans based on changes due to design, delivery and/or change control.
