In order to serve its community better, the City of Minneapolis designed a project to align data needs with business requirements. Modis provided project management for this engagement.
Modis’ project manager worked with a team from the City to analyze, prioritize and facilitate database changes. The project manager documented, developed and published the data team’s project plan, data analysis documentation and data models/schemas for implementation.
