The Modis Solution: Provide systems management consultants for U.S. Military contract
Modis provides support for the client’s Federal division on a contract for the U.S. military in the implementation, administration, and maintenance of systems management tools such as Message Oriented Middleware (MOM), NetIQ AppManager, and HP Systems Insight Manager (SIM) in support of a global enterprise Exchange 2003 and Active Directory environment. Our consultants also develop and maintain documentation for systems management configuration, procedures, and test validation. Other duties include:
- Responding to all critical systems management problems and taking corrective measures
- Creating custom monitors for servers and applications as needed
- Proactively monitoring performance and quality of management systems
- Working with Exchange and Active Directory engineering teams, government management, and systems architects to develop, maintain, and implement procedures to monitor systems and respond to identified issues.
