Business Development Manager - Tampa Bay
The Business Development Manager or BDM is responsible for developing IT business contacts to place consultants, and understanding and selling other services such as Beeline and Idea Integration. BDM’s are expected to gather the necessary job requisitions to place qualified consultants, and facilitate the job requisition information to the Resource Development Manager. BDM’s are also required to forecast financial projections for growing the business in his or her territory.
Responsibilities include:
- Client acquisition and development
- Job requisition management
- Consultant relationship building
- Recruiter relationship building
- Business planning
- Database maintenance
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years sales experience in staffing/recruiting, preferably in Technology. Experience with other lines of business can be substituted if relationships exist locally.
- BA/BS Preferred
- Only Local Candidates Will Be Considered; Must have knowledge of Tampa Bay Market.
