SAS Jobs

Statistical Analysis System or SAS is a system of software products that allows a programmer to do many different things dealing with data, applications, business planning, and much more. There are many jobs in the Statistical Analysis System (SAS) field, with one of the most common being a SAS programmer.

A SAS programmer accesses data from a variety of different sources, manages data using SAS code, performs queries, creates reports and analysis, and presents data using the tables and graphs created. A SAS programmer is responsible for providing programming support to projects, developing analysis datasets, tables, and/or graphs, using standard macros, handling complex requests, and providing support role on protocols. The skills needed to be a SAS programmer are a bachelor’s degree, being able to accomplish typical data processing tasks, and familiarity with data management principles to name a few.
