Network Security Jobs

A network security manager is responsible for keeping a company’s computer network secure by analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing secure passwords. They are also charged with monitoring a network for potential security threats. The manager uses hardware and software such as firewalls and data encryption methods to provide security for the network. It is the manager’s job to protect private company data and secure the network from viral attacks. Network security managers should obtain a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. There are additional certifications that can be obtained in addition to a degree.
