We are looking for a candidate with deep SDLC knowledge.
We are looking for a dynamic person who truly appreciates delivering high-quality system implementations to ensure satisfied customers.
As an experienced Project Manager you will be required to lead implementations of Client’s innovative enterprise software products. You will work collaboratively with a team of systems engineers, business analysts, developers and other project managers.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with customers and the implementation team to deliver successful implementations
• Provide insight into enhancing our customers’ billing, metering and settlement processes
• Gather business and functional requirements
• Prepare functional designs of product interfaces, configurations and customizations
• Perform data analysis
• Prepare test plans
• Manage project staff including business/system analysts and systems engineers
• Manage customer interactions and ensure satisfaction while minimizing project risk
• Manage implementation schedules to ensure on-time delivery
The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 2-5 years of directly relevant experience managing the implementation of complex software applications within the energy industry required
• Experience implementing data-intensive software systems in an enterprise environment
• Client facing experience and relationship-building skills a must
• Demonstrated verbal, written, and presentation skills and strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with relational databases, such as Oracle and SQL Server
• Willing and able to travel about 25-40% of the time
• Certifications: PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months
