Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience 

2+ years experience in programming/systems development knowledge of structured programming, relational database design, operating systems, networking concepts and systems integration. 

Excellent knowledge in Microsoft .NET development tools specifically C# and ASP.Net. 

Experience with web development

Experience with imaging environments or building a paperless environment 

SharePoint 2007/2010 programming knowledge 

Microsoft Certification(s)
