Instructional Design Jobs

Instructional designers engage in developing tools, procedures and materials to help facilitate learning efficiently. The process consists broadly of determining the current state and needs of the learner, defining the end goal of instruction, and creating some “intervention” to assist in the transition. There are many instructional design models but most are based on the ADDIE model with the phase analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

The complexity of the field of instructional design and the training required make instructional designers an asset in any economy. They hold a vital role in any market, nearly anywhere in the world.
