IDEAL CANDIDATE’S DESIRED BACKGROUND

Education required. How much flexibility: 
•	Minimum: Associates/technical diploma in Computer Science. This can be offset with experience and certification. 
•	Preferred: Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in CS/IS or Business related 
•	We do allow for some flexibility in this related to experience

Years experience: 5+

Areas) of experience and expertise: VB.Net, SQL Server, Windows development, Web development a plus, CE development a plus

Familiar with: OOP, C#, XML, .Net Remoting
