A New Post Closing Specialist is needed in St. Louis, MO!

One of the leading customer focused global titles insurance and real estate services company, is looking for a Post Closing Specialist to work at their downtown St. Louis, MO location!
Work Location: N. Broadway, St. Louis, MO
Contract: 6 months +
Pay: Depends on experience
Assignment Detail:

  • Review closed loan packages in accordance with the most recent Post Closing Checklist
  • Audit files for compliance with TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures (TRID)
  • Review Notes, Mortgages and Title Policies for accurate dates, signatures, initials and complete notary acknowledgment
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned


  • High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Must have recent mortgage experience ie: processing, closing or post-closing
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiar with TRID regulations a plus

Mandatory Skills:

  • 2-3 years of Loan or Title Closing Experience
  • Analytical and problem solving skills required
  • Must demonstrate effective use of organizational and time management skills
  • Strong Oral/ Written communication skills
  • Work must show a high level of detail orientation
  • Must have a high level of initiative and be able to work independently
  • Customer service focus is a must
  • Successful candidates will be adaptable and flexible in a team environment, working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Default experience is strongly preferred
