One of the largest, most successful commercial banks in the U.S. is looking for a new Quality Analyst to work at their downtown St. Paul, MN location!
Location: Rankin St., Saint Paul, MN, 55116
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: 2 months
Pay: $17/hour
Title: Support Quality Analysis for Mortgage Document Processing in Document Custody Services

  • Work closely with department manager to create the quality testing model for site of 200+ employees and 3.4million files
  • Use systematic reports to identify areas requiring correction
  • Assist in identifying potential quality problems and recommends corrective action
  • Coordinate and perform on-site audits, and testing of routine and non-routine samples
  • Assist with preparation for third party audits.
  • Responsible for adherence to company and department’s policies, procedures and practices
  • Assure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
  • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities, monitor accuracy
  • Reviews testing results and provides feedback around improving control processes Recommend suggestions on how to limit errors
  • Track, report and present quality assurance activities from historical research

Basic Qualifications

  • Uses critical thinking to solve complex problems and issues.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with peers, reviewers, and senior managers and potentially write procedures
  • Organized and must be detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills
