An Accounts Payable Processor job in Austin, TX is available through Modis. As the Accounts Payable Processor, you will be responsible for all accounts payable processing, specifically focusing on large ERP Systems. You need to be Bilingual in English and Portuguese, and having Spanish would be a big plus. You will need to have a deep understanding of internal controls, being highly organized and attentive to details. You will be posting incomes and credits, reviewing vendor accounts, managing Webcycles and answering any vendor inquires.

This is a contract role on W2 basis
No C2C or Third party candidates will be considered for this role

Accounts Payable Processor job responsibilities include:
• Post incomes and credits, review vendor accounts, manage Webcycles and answer vendor inquires.
• Identify, develop and implement process improvements.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with vendors regarding inquires and notifications.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with Finance policies, specifically with ALAC Brazil taxes and invoicing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese, Spanish language knowledge is preferred also
• Three to Four years of experience in Account Payable processing
• Experience with Large ERP Systems
• Experience with ASP for inputting data, and Advanced Excel
• Deep understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties.
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
