Description
 
Assist with daily customer service inquiries and help customers to complete paperwork. Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly via telephone and/or email. Processes all types of producer solutions operations transactions exhibiting the increased technical knowledge of the necessary systems and understanding of processes and procedures to complete job responsibilities.
 
Requirements
• 1+ years’ experience in Customer Service
• Answer phone and greet visitors
• Document imaging
• Mail sorting and distribution
• Establish, maintain, and update project files, archives, and other documents
• Provide back-up to other core positions as needed to support the office
• Monitor fax and copier equipment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with the ability to accept direction and work autonomously
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Quickly understand computer systems and problem solve with clients in a professional manner
• Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
• Highly organized, friendly and dynamic personality that meets deadlines
• Can maintain a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer Skills: Windows 7 and Microsoft Office proficient
• Reasoning Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to ensure all requests are correctly
• Reviews contracting paperwork for accuracy and processes transactions while maintaining or exceeding productivity and quality guidelines as set by the department
