An enterprise investment bank is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for its Philadelphia, PA location!
 
Job Details:
Location: 1735 Market St. Philadelphia, PA 19103
Duration: 3 months+
Hours: M-F, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: TBD
 
Job Overview:


  • The Associate is assigned to one or more Wealth Directors.
  • The individual works closely with the Wealth Director(s) to assist in their marketing and sales efforts.
  • Prepares sales presentations and does so with little supervision or direction.
  • Responsible for account opening documentation and the account opening process
  • Track leads including pending business and new business.
  • Researches and creates dossier on potential prospect(s) as requested by Wealth Director(s).
  • Works with the Wealth Director(s) to retain and enhance current client relationships.
  • Individual will assist (attend) with seminars, presentations and entertainment events.
  • The individual will assist Wealth Director(s) with scheduling and maintaining their calendars, travel, expenses and database entry.
