THIS IS A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
 
Description:
Accountable for supporting the Sales Associates/Executives in achieving business targets in an assigned territory through inside sales. Review pipeline and research/make calls to get groups qualified and ready for outreach.
 
Day-to-day duties and tasks include:
• Working on new sales pipeline cleanup
• Cold calls to potential groups to qualify/determine if a true NW large group prospect
• Market research for potential hot prospects
• Data pull of Accounts/Opportunities to assist with pipeline cleanup
• General research and ad hoc projects to assist the Sales Team
• Majority of the work is dedicated to research and outcome based projects
 
The ideal candidate has strong verbal skills, works with comprehensive research based outcomes and can communicate effectively with multiple different team members.  Temp employee will gain experience in project and research management, and health care delivery system sales.
 
Qualifications
 
• Minimum five (5) years of experience performing administrative support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong computer skills, including experience creating client presentations using Microsoft Office programs and use of client databases.
• Collaborative work style.
• Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent rapport building skills. Quick learner of key information.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy with high volume work.
