Job Details:
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay: $24.00
Contract Duration: 12 months (potential for contract to hire)
Schedule/Hours: M-F, 8AM-5PM
Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be assisting with day to day operations by performing the following:

  • Attending the front desk and taking incoming calls
  • Filing and sorting of documents
  • Handling and sending out mail
  • Scanning and document handling
  • Will be sorting boxes so must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Willing to learn new systems and tasks
  • Self Motivated and Team Player
