Job Detail:
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Pay: $13.00
Contract Duration: 3 months (Potential for extension or brought on full time)
Schedule/Hours: M-F, 8AM-5PM
Job Overview:

  • Ability to greet clients, answer phones, accept deposits and paperwork, vector clients to correct department experts
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Demonstrated strength with multi-tasking and prioritizing work with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent planning, organizational and written and verbal communication skills
  • Be customer service-focused with the ability to work collaboratively with others including interaction with internal and external contacts
