Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include:
- Front desk reception and greeting customers.
- Ordering and stocking office supplies.
- Running errands (must have own transportation and valid driver’s license).
- Filing, typing, and other clerical duties.
- Provide administrative support to the Principal Director and all office employees.

Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated, have a professional attitude, be able to communicate with technical professionals, and enjoy working in a small office environment.
- Excellent Data entry skills and “Attention” to detail is a necessary skill for this position.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and use of Outlook tools.
- Candidate must exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of people.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound technical judgment.
- Friendly customer service.
- Effective communication skills both written and oral.
- Good problem solving and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines.
