A Fortune 500 Broker Company is looking for a Senior level Administrative Assistant for their office in San Francisco, CA. Applicants must 6-10 years of experience in administration. Please see the details below.
6 Month Contract (Potential to be hired on perm)
M-F 8-5, 40 hrs a week

  • Secretarial and clerical duties for one or more people.
  • Answers telephones, schedules appointments, plans and coordinates travel arrangements, distributes mail, receives visitors and maintains files and correspondence.
  • Assists with developing and updating PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and documents in support of team activities.
  • Captures meeting notes and follow up on action items as appropriate.
  • Supports special departmental projects as needed.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Demonstrated strength with multi-tasking and prioritizing work with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be customer service-focused with the ability to work collaboratively with others including interaction with internal and external contacts.
