Agile Product Owner Job in Timonium, MD
 
As a Credit Product Owner you will represent the Credit organization on up to 2 agile scrum teams within the Credit delivery organization. This position requires you to engage on a daily basis with other scrum team members including developers, QA engineers, Scrum Masters and APMs. In cases where interaction is required with other domains or product verticals you will be required to work directly with other product owners to help influence and deliver Credit initiatives.
 
Responsibilities
- Define product requirements, work with the team and business partners to groom the backlog, prioritize work into sprints.
- Maintain a clear vision of what is being delivered to the business
- Attend daily agile ceremonies
- Attend product demos
- Participate in sprint and release planning events
- Communicate status of the teams that they represent
- Work with other teams to define Gives and Gets
- Participate/assist in End to End testing activities
 
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Product Owner on a Scrum team
- Good problem solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of Consumer Credit lending and servicing
- Working knowledge of Rally not required but a plus
- Familiarity with PayPal products and offerings (Credit, Consumer, and Merchant)
- Strong Team Player
