An IT Support job in Madison, WI is available through Modis. Qualified candidates will have strong verbal communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues over the phone and remotely while providing excellent customer service. This position is within a high volume call center environment, and will provide support to internal end users for issues related to applications including MS Office, Outlook, VPN, iOS/Android and more. This is a first shift, M-F position.

IT Support job responsibilities include:
• Troubleshooting remote hardware, custom and commercial software, and connectivity issues.
• Support internal end users with issues related to software applications such as MS Office, Outlook and Exchange, as well as Windows operating systems (including Windows 7 & 10), as well as iOS/Android devices
• Provide excellent customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Some internship or work experience in an IT Support environment is preferred, but not required.
• Experience troubleshooting/supporting MS Office, Exchange, Outlook, Windows operating systems, computer hardware, iOS/Android devices etc.
