Summary
Responsible for duplicating, ingesting, timing and real time technical evaluation of the domestic broadcast programming airing on all international broadcast programming and non-linear programming. Responsible for the daily coordination and processing of all media requests.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Audio and video uploading into MAM systems
• Data entry of program segment information into broadcast databases and on-air automation systems
• Ensures media assets are available when needed for deployment on designated platforms using internal databases.
• Monitors and enforces technical standards and policies for all broadcast programming by real time technical evaluation

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, television/film/media logistics/operations highly preferred
• One year of experience in a broadcast TV environment

Knowledge Skills & Abilities
• Knowledge of the routing of video and audio signals.
• Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, operation of telecommunications systems.
• Ability to operate multi format VTR's – Primarily XDCAM and HDCAM
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine duplications system problems
• Ability to control operations of equipment or systems related to duplication
• Applies basic functional/technical and business knowledge of the organization’s operations, methods, and practices
• Learns and applies foundational information/concepts in area of practice
• Ability to adapt work pace and priorities to meet deadlines and goals
• Knowledge of waveform monitors and vector scopes
• Knowledge of broadcast automation systems
• Familiar with automated quality control systems

Computer/Technical
• Strong PC background, with demonstrated proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Proficiency with Apple operating systems
Other
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to act independently and responsibly
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional groups
• Employees will also perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
