We have an immediate need for an Audio/Visual (AV) Support Technician with our Santa Monica-based client.
 
In this role, you will be using ServiceNow to handle tickets and will be monitoring alerts and responding to them. You will be responsible for setting up and serving as support for internal and external events. The candidate will be responsible for the set up and upkeep of many conference rooms.
 
Must haves:
 
• Enterprise AV experience-  i.e. Zoom (what they use), webex, skype, lifesize, etc…
• Cable management experience.
 
Nice to haves:
 
• Experience with Crestron Wall plates
• Experience with in-house/face-to-face support
• Basic understating of Mac and PCs
• Ticket Management Software experience- ServiceNow
