Fortune 200 bank looking to fill an Administrative Assistant job in downtown Philadelphia. Duties include assisting an assigned Wealth Director with a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling, presentations, and handling financial data.  
Location: Market St, Philadelphia 19103
Title: Administrative Assistant I
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: $17-18/hr, weekly paycheck
- Assigned to one or more Wealth Directors
- Assists Director with marketing and sales efforts
- Prepares presentations with little supervision or direction
- Responsible for account opening documentation and account opening process
- Track leads including pending business and new business
- Research and create dossier on potential prospects as requested by Director
- Works with Director to retain and enhance current client relationships
- Assist with and attend seminars, presentations, and entertainment events
- Assist Director with scheduling and maintaining their calendars, travel, expenses, and database entry
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and computer skills  
- Must be able to pass a background check
