An enterprise commercial bank is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives for its King of Prussia location!
 
Job Overview:
Location: King of Prussia, PA 19406
Duration: 8 months+
Hours: 8-10, M-F and some Weekends (some flexibility given for shifts, will be 8 hr shifts/day)
Pay: TBD
 
Job Details:


  • Provides quality customer service and support to customers through: phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing.
  • Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks.
  • Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements.
