Fortune 200 bank looking to fill a financial call center job in greater Chicago area. Position assists Account Management team with basic bank account maintenance.
 
 
Location: Naperville, IL 60563 (off I88)
 
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
 
Pay: $11.87/hr, weekly paycheck
 
Duties:
-Assist Account Management team with non-customer facing tasks
-Assist with cleanup of existing settlement accounts
-Set-up Quality Assurance reviews for new accounts
-Review account issues
-Assist customer support help desk as needed
-Phone and email interactions with customers regarding billing and account questions
-Operate in a call center environment (not high-volume)
 
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Moxie a plus
-Professional phone presence
-Comfortable using email
-No banking or office experience necessary
-Able to pass a background check
