An enterprise bank  is looking for candidates that have strong customer service and call center experience for its Westborough location!
 
Job Overview:
Location: Westborough, MA 01581
Duration: 12 Months+ (contract to hire)
Hours: 9:30 am -6:00 pm, M-F
Pay: $16.00/hr
 
Responsibilities:


  • Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis
  • Phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing tasks
  • Responds to customer inquiries
  • Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication
  • Helps resolve complicated customer complaints
