An enterprise bank is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives for its Wilmington, DE location! Looking to interview and start asap!!!!
 
Job Details:
Location: Wilmington, DE 19809
Hours:Mid/Swing Shifts (between 10:00am-10:00pm, includes one weekend day – Sat/Sun)
Training: 1st week (8:30am-10:00am, M-F)
Duration: 3 months+ (likely to extend)
Pay: TBD
 
Job Overview:


  • Provide quality customer service and support.
  • Support including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Enter information in a computerized database.
  • Communicate any problems or issues to management.
  • To perform this job successfully an individual, must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
