An enterprise bank is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives for its KOP location!
Job Details:
Location: King of Prussia, PA 19406
Duration: 3 months+ (chances to extend)
Hours: 10:00 am -10:00 pm (8 hr shifts fall between these hours), M-F with one weekend day to work a week
Training Schedule:  Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: TBD 
Job Details:

  • Provide Customer Service Department on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Enter information in a computerized database.
  • Communicate any problems or issues to management.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A professional and courteous manner
