Fortune 200 bank is looking to fill a processing clerk position in downtown St Paul. Company is the 7th largest bank in the US and provides banking, investment, mortgage, and trust products to individuals, businesses, and government. Duties including processing business and corporate bonds for account holders.
 
Location: Downtown St Paul, MN 55107
 
Title: Bond Operations Processor II     
 
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm (40/hrs a week)
 
Length: Position is 10-month contract-to-hire
 
Pay: $15.48/hr, weekly paycheck
 
Duties:
-Performs bond processing activities for corporate trust customers
-Use established procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of bonds
-Provide internal and external customer service
-Review account transactions to assess appropriateness
-Researches issues that arise and performs corrective processing to resolve issues
-Track and gather information for statistical reporting
- Ensures legal requirements are satisfied
 
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Ability to identify and resolve problems
-Clerical skills
-Customer service and relations skills
-MS Excel experience
-Knowledge of investment/trust operations PREFERRED
