Fortune 200 bank looking to fill a Help Desk / Technical Support Call Center job in Portland. Duties include providing first line of support for bank trust products and applications.
Location: Portland, OR 97204
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: $14-15/hr, weekly paycheck
- Provide primary support, escalation and resolution management for hardware, connectivity, and applications
- Provide business partners and clients first level assistance for issues, procedures, and navigational support for wealth management and securities
- First line of support and problem solving for Trust products and/or applications for Bank Trust business lines and external Trust clients.
- Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance, and escalates issues as warranted, to include opening ITSM Tickets
- Analyzes simple to moderate issues and determines appropriate resolution
- Recognize issues that should be escalated and notify appropriate parties
- Basic subject matter expert of multiple applications
- Identify when procedures need to be updated and make appropriate changes
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be able to pass a background check
