Work as an ERP specialist focusing on specific financial and HR modules and the business intelligence tools containing their data. Provide technical expertise and problem solving abilities to support Microsoft SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, PowerPivot, PowerView and SharePoint. Work as a liaison to the developers and analysts to support applications and business intelligence processes. Assist with application upgrades and process changes.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather business requirements related to data and business intelligence needs.
• Ability to prepare reports, schedules, presentations, procedure, and process documents.
• Conduct regular audits of reports and dashboards using Oracle and other data sources.
• Act as a liaison between the technical developers and database administrators to correct issues in the functioning of the applications.
• Provide training, guidance and support the users in their efforts to become proficient in the use of the applications.
Preferred Skills/Experience
• Previous financial/accounting experience.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Knowledge in Oracle applications.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English/Portuguese).

Professional Skills/Experience
• 2 years of experience using the following modules: Oracle Financial including general ledger (GL), accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), fixed assets (FA) and core human resource expertise.
• 4 to 6 years working experience with Microsoft business intelligence tools and systems such as OLAP, data modeling, data warehousing.
• Create functional design documentation using SDLC/AIM methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements to developers and users.
• Setup and configure business applications.
• Develop and execute test plans for production.
• Identify and resolve project issues.
• Ability to train and educate users on BI products and toolsets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the application.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills.
• Teamwork and leadership skills are a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience participating in sessions with the user community to capture and define clear, complete and correct requirements.
• Previous work experience with systems and processes within a manufacturing company or related area.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as BI Analyst.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or related area.
