A Bilingual Technical Writer job in Grand Rapids, MI is available courtesy of Modis Engineering. In this position you will work with software developers to understand systems and documentation requirements; create, write, revise, edit and publish supporting documents for various software applications and interfaces and use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation and charts to increase users’ understanding. Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish proficiently!

Bilingual Technical Writer job responsibilities include:
• Work with software developers to understand systems and documentation requirements
• Create, write, revise, edit and publish supporting documents
• Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation and charts to increase users’ understanding
• Select appropriate medium for the message or audience (manuals, online videos)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bi-lingual – English and Spanish written, reading and speaking proficiency
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to understand complex information and systems and communicate the information to diverse roles with the organization
