Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a full-time Billing Inquiry Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis for at least 7 months in Frankfort, Kentucky at $14/hour.
 
Interview Schedule: 


  • Initial Call With Recruiter
  • 1st round - phone screen 
  • 2nd round - In-person interview 

 
Shift Information:

  • Rotating shift between 8-6pm EST Monday-Friday

 
Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming provider calls during scheduled times 
  • Researching provider requests through pricing/editing/auditing/and billing instructions 
  • Assisting Manager and Supervisor with other provider communications 
  • Completing inventory tracking mechanisms of calls/correspondence 
  • Assisting the Provider Field Reps with provider projects 
  • Performing other duties as delegated by Supervisor/Manager 
  • Using the Avaya phone system, answering incoming telephone calls from the provider community

 
Key Qualifications:

  • Professional Conduct/appearance 
  • Telephone Etiquette 
  • Computer Skills 
  • Good Attendance 
  • Good written skills 
  • Basic knowledge of Medicaid claims. 
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
