A Business Analyst in Indianapolis, IN is available through Modis for a 8 plus month project. Looking for a strong Business Analyst with experience in HR
/Employee Benefits.
 
Responsibilities include:
• Adept in gathering, analyzing and validating requirements in order to resolve issues and problems
• Proficient in developing business process models, use cases and functional requirements documentation for web applications
• Supporting clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation in order to sustain high performance
• Work with Client, Project Managers, Architect and Dev Team to deliver quality, effective software requirements in line with their existing SDLC process
• Experience in working with Agile methodology
• Assisting in identifying, analyzing and mitigating project and operational risks
• Develop deep understanding of the business to add value in developing solution options and problem solving
• Working within a multicultural team, leading, mentoring and coaching more junior consultants
• Supporting User Experience consultants to design customer preferred wireframes
• Strong, logical and investigative skills
• Strong commitment to the project - Self starter
• Past or current Consulting Background - if possible
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 2+ years of Employee Benefits processes in the US local market
• 4+ years of HR business processes
• Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to communicate with the client team, senior management, business and technical teams
• Facilitating effective 2-way communication between client and the relevant delivery business unit stakeholders / technical teams
• Enthusiasm for solving challenging problems and good analytical skills
