Duration: 6 months – 12 months
Job Details:

  • Taking calls for website lockouts, password resets, web browser and site navigation issues, etc.
  • Will need to be able to think quick on their feet because they are dealing with time sensitive information
  • Will have patience with people on the phone, and professionalism
  • Will be first line of defense against identity theft
  • Will work within 3 screens at a time
  • Looking for people that have come from an office setting
  • Able to do basics with computers and know common terminology
  • Will escalate calls and do password resets all day every day
  • Perfect Punctuality and Attendance
