An enterprise bank  is looking for candidates that have strong customer service experience for its Westborough location!
Job Overview:
Location: Westborough, MA 01581
Duration: 12 Months
Hours: 8 am - 8 pm, M-F (Optional weekend shift)
Pay: TBD

  • Will be providing support for client inquiries and account changes
  • Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis
  • Phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing tasks
  • Responds to customer inquiries
  • Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication
  • Willing to consider candidates without high call volume experience
