To that end, Modis currently has several long-term Customer Support/Call Center Representative opportunities available in the Eureka, MO area.
 
Scope


  • Hourly pay rate will be between $12.00/hr. - $13.00/hr. (final offers will be commensurate with experience).
  • Candidates MUST be local to St. Louis!
  • This is a 6 – 12 month contract opportunity.
  • This is a Monday – Friday schedule (occasional Saturdays required).
  • Hours will be staggered (will NOT include evenings).
  • 1 – 2 years of customer support experience required!
  • This role will be 100% phone based; will handle 70 – 100 calls daily.
  • Must have a general familiarity with all office equipment and a professional office environment.
  • This is a NON-technical role!
  • Candidates MUST have a high school diploma or GED.

 
Responsibilities & Skills

  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints/technical issues.
  • Responsibilities include determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.
  • May be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
  • Skills include accurate documentation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Refer unresolved customer inquiries to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • This position requires personal computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, and Outlook) with proficient keyboard skills.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and concise manner are essential.
  • Stay current with new applicable technologies and skills by attending training classes and seminars.
