The Change Management Analyst is responsible to assist the Change Management Manager in the coordination of changes/releases/incidents across the application environments, ensuring correct procedures are followed and changes are accurately recorded, scheduled and controlled. The Change Management Analyst is responsible for change notification processes and procedures to minimize customer impact and ensure compliance with policy.
• Receives, records and processes all change requests (40%)
o All change requests and approval data is maintained to ensure accuracy
o Timely approval (or denials) of all change requests
o Coordinates change approvals and communication between approvers and initiators
o Files all change request forms, analyses, and associated documents submitted into the document repository.
o Provide communications on all change
• Scheduling and processing of Go No Go Meetings to approve changes. (20%)
o Management and timely completion of all change requests and associated meetings
o Determine if the appropriate risk and impact assessment has been undertaken.
• Providing daily support for the change management policy, process, procedures and tool, including training to users when necessary. (20%)
• Monitoring the effectiveness of change management process and making recommendations for improvement. (20%)
o Producing management information to all stakeholders
o Provide change management metrics and/or reports.
o Write and maintain Processes and Procedures
o Perform Gap Analysis for new controls
o Train the IT staff as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-7 years in IT industry
• English: Fluent
