Looking to 5-10 years of change management experience. Responsible for change management strategy and training. HRIS and ERP system implementation experience. Knowledge of HR processes. Experience in implementing HR system is a plus
 
Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:
 
Modis’s client  its implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and is currently seeking a Change Management and Communications Lead which will report to the Change Management Owner. The Change Management Lead will be responsible for managing the change, communications, and training team to enable all stakeholder groups to transition and adopt the new Oracle HCM platform. Specifically, the Change Management Lead will be responsible for:
 
• Developing the change management strategy and plan
• Building the stakeholder analysis to identify all key stakeholder groups and identify the appropriate change management actions
• Managing the change impact analysis by participating in all solution blueprinting sessions and validating with business and IT workstream leaders
• Developing and managing the communications plan through execution
• Managing the Training Lead in development and execution of the Training Plan
• Partnering with the Change Management Owner to identify and resolve issues and roadblocks, escalating to project leadership as necessary
• Identifying and measuring end-user adoption of the Oracle HCM platform
• Managing the Change Management team consisting of leadership communications, project communications, training leadership and instructional designer resources
• Planning and executing project team engagement activities
 
Internal/External Groups with which the Candidate will interface with: •              Human Resources and Internal Communications functional leadership and team members (Total Rewards (Comp and Benefits), HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Talent and HR Business Partners)
•              Project Management Officer(PMO) leadership
•              IT Project Manager and IT project team members
