An enterprise insurance company is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives for its Claims Department in Harrisburg, PA and is looking to interview and hire people ASAP!
Job Overview:
Location: Harrisburg, PA 17110
Duration: 3 months+
Hours: 8:30am-7:00pm, M-F (varying shifts)
Training is M-F 8:00-4:30 for 4-5 weeks
Pay: TBD
Job Description:

  • Responds to questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, contracts, eligibility and claims.
  • Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.
  • Operates a PC to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database.
  • Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Develops and maintains positive relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and service issues.
  • Provides external and internal customers with requested information. 
  • Receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer questions.
