A fortune 200 company and the fifth largest banks in the US is looking for a
Collections Manager in the Cincinnati area.

Monday-Friday, 8-5
6 Month Contract (For the right person opportunity temp to perm)

Researches mortgage origination files to verify borrower consent for contact in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Ensures compliance with all regulatory and investor guidelines and Bank policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in collections and/or customer service activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Some knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and related laws
  • Strong customer service/relations skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to organize and interpret information
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
